Glasgow Industrial Airport (07MT), formerly Glasgow AFB, was originally designed to deploy bombers and later to support nearby Malmstrom AFB. It was closed in the early 1960's. Simply unzip all files into (your FS2004 directory)\AddonScenery\Scenery - that's it! No messing with priorities - nothing!

Issues:
Nothing major - there are a couple of telephone poles on approach to R/W 10, but they should be no factor. Since the base was closed in the 60's and is now in private hands, there is only one bogus frequency, military unicom (126.2) in use on the field. If you would prefer another, or know of the correct one in use, feel free to change it using AFCAD2. Speaking of which...
